This vacancy comes when we are mid-way through our evaluated pilot of the New Ways for Families® Online training programme to Scotland and are also developing the Love, Loss and Living course designed to create a safe space for parents separated from their children.
In developing these training programmes we are seeking to provide additional support for parents, helping them to develop ways of coping with the stress of separation and the challenge of negotiating new family arrangements.
Following on from our experience of moving existing training courses online at the start of the pandemic, we are providing a online course modules enhanced either by one-to-one coaching or group sessions. This combination should make it possible for learners in any part of Scotland (broadband access permitting) to take part in our courses.
