President of International Council on Shared Parenting to Present at Shared Parenting Scotland’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Shared Parenting Scotland’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will take place on zoom on Monday 29 June, between 4.00pm and 5.15pm.

We are delighted to welcome the President of the International Council (ICSP) on Shared Parenting, Dr Edward Kruk to speak about the goals, history and unique elements of ICSP as an organisation devoted to the needs and interests of children in separated families. This presentation will feature an exciting partnership development and announcement between the ICSP and Shared Parenting Scotland.

Edward is Associate Professor Emeritus of Social Work at the University of British Columbia, specialising in child and family policy. As a child and family social worker in Canada and the U.K., he has practiced in the fields of welfare rights, child protection, school social work, hospital social work, and family services. Edward is currently teaching and practicing in the areas of family mediation and addiction. He has had authored several books and peer reviewed articles in the fields of parenting after separation, non-adversarial conflict resolution and the best interests of the child in family policy.
