Following recent successful face-to-face meetings in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Shared Parenting Scotland is resuming our programme of local meetings across Scotland. We will also retain one online meeting every month for people who can’t reach the face-to-face group meetings or who prefer to remain online.
Each two-hour meeting is a chance to raise questions and share experience of shared parenting issues with other parents and family members. We are very grateful to all the family lawyers who take turns to attend each meeting and answer questions about family law.
The new schedule involves almost all meetings being held on Tuesday evenings in order to avoid the previous clash with bank holidays. The meeting programme is as follows (all meetings start at 7pm apart from the Dundee meeting which starts at 6.30pm):
- First Tuesday of each month – Edinburgh
- Second Monday – Online meeting by Zoom
- Second Tuesday – Stirling
- Third Tuesday – Glasgow
- Fourth Monday – Aberdeen
- Fourth Tuesday – Dundee
We will email all the people who have expressed an interest in attending meetings to let them know about these new arrangements and also to check whether they still want to receive monthly reminders. Dates of the meetings in the coming months will appear on this website.1 like
