During her internship with us this summer, Natalia Rucka has been researching a report on international developments that aid in resolving family disputes outside of court and how these may benefit the Scottish family law system.
In a talk on 24th August 2023 she presented an overview of this work including details about three of the projects: Uitelkaar.nl from the Netherlands; the Early Resolution Project from Alaska; and ReFLEx training for lawyers in England.
