How to raise your case in the family courts during CV lockdown

Shared Parenting Scotland has published a  Briefing on arrangements during Coronavirus lockdown, reflecting newly available guidance on these issues.

The briefing includes advice on resolving disputes about contact and residence arrangements during the lockdown, information on contact centres and mediation, and a guide to arrangements in family courts.

Given that approximately 25% of lawyers are currently on furlough and therefore not available to help their clients and some firms may not have anyone else available to pick up this work, we include information on how you can raise a case with the court yourself with the format of the form to do this and a suggestion on how to present your issue.
