Celebrating Volunteers’ Week: Thank You For Walking With Us

This Volunteers’ Week, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible volunteers who make Shared Parenting Scotland stronger. 

From our dedicated Trustees who give their time and insight to support staff at our local group meetings, to the newly trained volunteer lay supporters helping parents navigate separation and the family courts, our increasing solicitor network providing pro-bono advice – your contribution is invaluable.

We pay tribute to the many people across Scotland and beyond who offer their time and energy in similar organisations and in their own communities, providing a lifeline to families at difficult times. Your commitment to helping others deserves recognition and thanks.

And a huge shout out to our amazing Aberdeen Kiltwalk volunteers who took to the streets on Sunday and raised nearly £900 to support our work and raise the profile of shared parenting. Every step you took helps bring the message of cooperation and children’s wellbeing further forward.
