Now that it looks as if we are going to be locked down from at least another three weeks, Shared Parenting Scotland has produced a new Briefing on arrangements during Coronavirus lockdown
This includes official guidance on the movement of children between their parents’ homes, observance of existing arrangements and court orders for contact, how to raise problems in the courts and information on mediation and contact centres.
We have also included copies of the guidance issued by Scottish courts in connection with the Coronavirus lockdown. We would hope that the courts will continue to deal with urgent applications in relation to non-compliance with court orders and issues such as children being moved far away without agreement of both parents.
