Talk Radio is running a series of short features this week about Equalities. The aim is to mark the 10th anniversary of the 2010 Equalities Act – highlighting successes but also indicating where there are some issues still to be addressed.
Robert’s Story is about underlying discrimination within parental involvement in Scotland and is scheduled to go out at 20.45 tonight – Tuesday 3rd November. The experience it sets out is not unusual among the enquiries we receive at Shared Parenting Scotland. The Equalities issue it raises is discrimination or perception of discrimination in access to services provided by a public body.3 likes
