Shared parenting still allowed under new lockdown

The new lockdown arrangements that come into force from midnight on 4th January still allow children to move between the homes of separated parents and parents to take them between homes.  The new guidance for stay-at-home regulations includes “to participate in or facilitate shared parenting” as one of the reasonable excuses for leaving home from 5th January.  Further guidance is available on the Parent Club website.
